The Feelgood Factory delivers coaching and stress management workshops to the manufacturing sector.

Training workshops educate manufacturing leaders and their teams about stress management, helping develop their understanding of the signs and causes of stress. Workshops are practical and lively and attendees leave with specific actions they can take away and use immediately in their lives.  Public workshops are held on a regular basis, or can be delivered on-site at your company's premises.

Individual coaching is conducted via Skype, telephone or face to face, helping clients to look at changes they want to make in their lives, the obstacles they face and the steps they need to take to make that change happen.
