FREE expert workshops and consultancy – how to access funding for your customers 

SustainaBuild provides small and medium sized businesses (within the Construction sector in the East of England) fully funded workshops and one to one consultancy to help you generate more work through the Government’s new initiatives “Green Deal”, “ECO funding” and “Renewable Heat Incentive” (RHI).

SustainaBuild is a £2.2m project that aims to stimulate low carbon economic growth in the East of England.

Using funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the project provides impartial expert advice on how to access finance and funding streams available to your customers to help install energy generation and energy saving improvements to their homes - such as replacement boilers and insulation for solid walls.

Workshops run from 10am until 5pm, with free parking and free lunch and light refreshments provided throughout the day. Anyone from your business can attend. Workshop places are limited, and will be allocated on a first come first served basis – so book now to avoid disappointment.

After attending the two free workshops you may have identified gaps in your knowledge and understanding. We will then tailor a package to provide a further eight hours of fully funded one to one consultancy support which may cover any area of your business; from business planning to marketing.

To qualify for the free workshops and one to one consultancy, your business must work within the Construction industry and be based in the East of England (Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire or Norfolk). You must have less than 250 employees, have a turnover below €50m (approximately £41m) and/or balance sheet below €43m (approximately £35m).

SustainaBuild is led by the Climate Energy Group. Our project partner is Colchester Borough Homes, with Essex County Council supporting the next programme of workshops taking place in Essex.
