North East Business and Innovation Centre

The North East Business and Innovation Centre (BIC) Ltd is a bustling business community, situated in the heart of the North East region, just off the A19 in Sunderland.

The BIC complex covers a fourteen acre site and the range of business space includes executive offices and incubator units, as well as bio-science labs and large industrial facilities. To adapt to market trends, the BIC recently opened a co-working membership service ‘Open Space’. Tailored to meet the needs of home workers and consultants who do not require a permanent office base, the 2,400 sq ft of luxurious space is centrally located within the main building allowing members to benefit from excellent networking opportunities and a prestigious business address. The next chapter of the BIC’s development will see the opening of Business Central, Central Park, Darlington; an exciting development the facility will accommodate up to 64 businesses and one-stop support services to help kick start enterprise development in the area.
