Flourishing People is a training company located in Freckenham in West Suffolk. Flourishing People was founded and run by Jacqui Burke, an HR and training consultant who has a passion for seeing people grow in their skills and confidence so that they can fulfil their potential at work.

Jacqui has spent more than 25 years working with a range of organisations as a management trainer, coach and human resource consultant to fulfil this passion.

Under her leadership, Flourishing People has become an award winning and highly respected specialist people development and training consultancy.

Jacqui has experience of working across a number of sectors including central and local government, as well as voluntary and community organisations and SMEs providing a range of tailored people development, training and HR solutions including:
