Blackburn Technology Management Centre

The Blackburn Technology Management Centre is owned and run by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. The prime aim of the Centre is to promote the diversification of the local economy by the provision of business support delivered through the operation of a dedicated centre of excellence.
