Recent evidence suggests that the average level of employee absence is 6.3 days per year, per employee.
This half day event will update you on the law relating to workplace absence and provide you with practical management techniques to help improve attendance in your workplace.
Employee absenteeism can put significant strain on an organisation in terms of a variety of costs. It can also place an additional burden on colleagues, resulting in low morale and loss of productivity.
