City Enterprise Services

The City Enterprise Service is a new free walk-in centre offering assistance for small business and start-ups. Run in collaboration with Spinnovate small business consultants, the service will provide advice on a range of business and legal matters. you will be interviewed by law students of The City Law School of City University London supervised by local professionals and start-up owners. 

We can assist you with a variety of business startup issues including the following:

• Business planning
• Business structure and incorporation
• Contractual agreements - key issues in contracts
• Funding opportunities
• Intellectual property issues - copyright/trademarks/patents 
• Marketing and multimedia

Please note that we may not be able to assist with every matter each week and this will depend on the expertise of the supervisors at any given session. If we are unable to assist you on any particular week, we will notify you of when a relevant expert will be in attendance at the session.
